Apple Coconut Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Spread apples in 10-inch pie pan.
Mix together 1/2 cup sugar, oleo and cinnamon.
Spread over apples.
Mix 1/4 cup sugar, egg, coconut, flour and vanilla together; spread over other mixture. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
