Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
    1 tbsp. minced onion
    salt
    1 tbsp. butter
    1 tbsp. flour
    dash of pepper
    2 1/2 cups hot milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Arrange potatoes in 4 layers in a 2 quart casserole dish; sprinkling each of the first 3 layers with flour, minced onion, salt and pepper. Dot each layer with butter. Sprinkle top layer with onion, salt and pepper. Pour hot milk over top. Bake, covered, 3 minutes. Uncover and bake 1 hour.
