Fabulous Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
1 (9-inch) pastry shell (unbaked)

Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Mix in corn syrup, sugar, butter or margarine, vanilla and salt.
Add nuts.
Pour into unbaked shell. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes. Filling should be slightly less set in center than around edge.
