Dutch Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. apples, chopped
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sour milk
    1/2 c. nuts (your choice)
    1 tsp. orange extract
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix in order given; pour into greased loaf pan.
    Sprinkle on top 1 tablespoon cinnamon and 1 tablespoon sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
