Party Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. dried beef
    8 strips bacon
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms or 1 (8 oz.) can sliced
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Arrange dried beef in 8 x 8 x 2-inch greased pan.
    Wrap bacon around halved breasts; arrange over beef.
    Saute mushrooms in butter and spread over chicken.
    Combine soup, sherry and sour cream; pour over chicken.
    Cover with foil and bake at 275\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Serve over rice.
