Meatball Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 lb. ground round steak
    4 large red potatoes, peeled and cut
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 stalk celery, finely chopped
    2 carrots, chopped
    2 cans beef broth
    1/2 c. Pace picante sauce
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, 1/4 cup water, milk, egg, picante sauce and grated cheese.
    Form meatballs and brown in margarine.
    Add chopped vegetables and beef broth.
    Simmer until potatoes and carrots are tender.
