Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. oats
    3/4 c. sunflower seed
    3/4 c. wheat germ
    3/4 c. peanuts
    3/4 c. coconut
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Mix well.
    In a saucepan, heat remaining ingredients, except raisins.
    Add the hot mixture to the ingredients in the bowl.
    Spread this mixture on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Stir mixture every 15 minutes.
    Stir raisins into baked mixture. Cool.
    Store in airtight container.
    Yields 1 1/2 quarts granola.
