Edith'S Posh Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    2 eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender in salted water.
    Drain squash well. Mix
    with
    other ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in buttered dish 30 to 40 minutes.
    May use bread crumbs on top.
