Tempera Batter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. yellow corn meal
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. ice water
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and stir (do not beat).
Batter should be lumpy.
For a thicken batter, use less water.
Also good with Tony's Creole seasoning.
Delicious for shrimp, vegetables, etc.
