Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head lettuce
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 (15 oz.) can Ranch Style beans, chilled
    2 tomatoes, diced
    1/2 onion, chopped fine
    3/4 bottle Kraft Catalina dressing, chilled
    1 medium bag Fritos, crushed
Preparation
    Prepare lettuce as for tossed salad.
    Drain and rinse beans. Add diced tomatoes, diced onions, cheese and beans to lettuce. Chill.
    Just before serving, toss with Fritos and Catalina dressing.
    Goes well with King Ranch Chicken.
