Ingredients
    3 lb. venison roast
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    lemon pepper
    seasoned salt
    2 large garlic cloves
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 c. onion
    2 c. green pepper
    carrots
    mushrooms
    2 c. celery
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
