Corn Critters - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. corn
cooking oil

Preparation

Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
Add with milk to eggs. Add corn and drop by tablespoons into hot oil until browned.
