Chicken Loaf With Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. chicken, cut not too fine (cut crosswise to avoid stringy loaf)
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 large can Pet milk
    3 well beaten eggs
    6 Tbsp. flour
    6 Tbsp. melted oleo
    4 c. fine bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. parsley, cut fine
    1/2 c. green peppers
    1/2 c. celery, cut fine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 13 x 4 1/2 x 2-inch loaf pan and sprinkle with some bread crumbs.
    Toast 12 slices of dry white bread until dry and golden brown.
    Roll with rolling pin to make crumbs.
