Creole Meat Balls For Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. thyme
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Add egg and bread crumbs to meat; mix.
    Add all seasonings; mix thoroughly.
    Shape into balls with hands.
    Fry until brown in olive oil.
    Drain on paper towels.
