Holiday Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking sodas
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Blend oil and sugar.
    Add eggs, beating after each egg.
    Sift flour, soda powder, salt and cinnamon; add to oil and sugar mixture.
    Mix well and add the carrots and pecans.
    Mix well. Pour into three greased cake pans and bake at 350\u00b0 until done. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
