Glazed Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. persimmon pulp
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 large eggs, well beaten
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix pudding ingredients.
    Pour onto a large cookie sheet (about 11 x 17-inch).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown around edges.
