Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    deep dish pie crust, unbaked
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/4 c. milk
    3 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    1/3 c. margarine
    3 egg whites
    3 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix small amount of milk with sugar and flour.
    Add beaten egg yolks.
    Beat well and add remaining milk and other ingredients. Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust.
