Vegetable Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. water
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 can French-cut green beans, drained
    1 can green peas (petite), drained
    1 can white Shoe Peg corn (Green Giant), drained
    1 jar pimentos, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Mix in saucepan the first 5 ingredients and bring to a boil. Set aside and let cool.
