Spaghetti Carbonara(American Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 oz. Canadian bacon
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. olive oil
    8 oz. whipping cream
    1 lb. spaghetti
    1 tiny onion, chopped
    1 tsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Saute onion and bacon with oil and butter.
    Put a teaspoon of olive oil in boiling water before putting the spaghetti to cook. Set aside in a warm dish when cooked.
    Add yolks, parsley, cheese and cream to bacon, stirring over low heat.
    Mix cooked spaghetti with egg and cheese mixture; serve immediately.
    Serves 4 to 6.
