Tetrazzini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 12 oz. spaghetti, cooked
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 sweet green pepper, diced
1 c. diced mushrooms
1/3 c. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. half and half
1 c. water
1 can soyameat, diced
2 pimentos, diced
slivered almonds (optional)
Preparation

Saute green pepper, onion and mushrooms in margarine. Add milk, flour, water and salt; cook into a gravy.
Add soyameat, pimentos and almonds.
Add cooked spaghetti.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
