Cowboy Smile Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 tsp. soda
1 egg
1 3/4 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Beat all ingredients with rotary beater until smooth.
Drizzle batter from teaspoon, forming eyes and mouth.
Bake until brown. Pour 1/2 cup batter over face.
Bake until bubbles appear.
Turn and bake other side until golden brown.
