Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. broccoli flowerets
2 c. cauliflower flowerets
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. sliced onions
4 oz. kidney beans, drained
4 oz. chickpeas, drained
10 green olives, sliced
10 black olives, sliced
1 c. reduced calories Italian dressing
Preparation

In salad bowl combine all ingredients.
Toss well. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight to develop flavor.
