Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hash browns
1/2 c. buttter, softened
1 c. sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Place hash browns in 9 x 13-inch dish.
Mix all ingredients, except cheese.
Add to potatoes.
Top with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 8 to 10.
