Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. diced cooked chicken
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    3/4 c. real mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese or small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 can water chestnuts (if desired)
    1/2 tsp. curry powder (if desired)
Preparation
    Prepare rice with broth until tender and broth is gone.
    Layer in greased 9 x 13-inch pan, rice, 1/2 chicken, broccoli and 1/2 chicken.
    Combine soup, mayonnaise, cheese and lemon juice to make sauce.
    Pour over layers.
    Top with 2 cups cornflake crumbs, mixed with 1/2 stick margarine, melted.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
