Toasted Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg white and cold water until foamy, not stiff.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon.
    Dip pecan halves in egg white, then in sugar mixture.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 225\u00b0 for 1 hour.
