Baked Pasta With Sausage(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 c. butter
1 large green pepper
1 large red pepper
1 chopped onion
1/3 c. flour
2 1/4 c. milk
2 c. shredded Cheddar
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. box ziti, rotini, small shells, etc.
Preparation

Saute sliced sausage into rounds; remove from pan.
Discard fat.
Melt butter; saute sliced green and red peppers and onions. Do not brown.
Blend in flour and gradually add milk.
Cook almost to a boil.
Add cheeses to melt.
Place cooked pasta, sausage and sauce into large casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Sauteed mushrooms can also be added.
Easily doubles.
