Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 small onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup (not diluted)
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 stick oleo
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cornbread stuffing mix
Preparation
    Cook squash and drain.
    Mix
    with
    carrots, onion, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix and add sour cream and chicken soup. Add pimentos.
    Melt oleo;
    add
    to
    mixture
    with
    cornbread stuffing.
    Place in casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
