Lemon-Herb Grilled Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. boneless chicken
    1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh or dried basil
    2 tsp. chopped fresh or dried thyme
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch rectangular dish. Shake remaining ingredients in tightly covered container; pour over chicken.
    Turn chicken to coat well.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
