Marinated Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    1 (2 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves or 1 (10 oz.) jar orange marmalade
    2 frying chickens (2 to 2 1/2 lb.), quartered
Preparation
    In a small bowl, thoroughly blend all ingredients except chicken.
    Arrange chicken in a single layer in a shallow pan, skin side up.
    Pour dressing over chicken and marinate overnight. Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours, basting every half hour.
    May be frozen and reheated.
    Serves 4 to 6.
