Grandma Stone'S Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising corn meal (I use Dixie Lily)
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Spray pan with Pam or unsalted shortening.
    I use iron skillet.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 to 500\u00b0 until brown and firm.
