Spatzle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir together flour and salt in bowl.
    Blend egg and milk. Stir into flour mixture.
    Place half the dough in 1-quart strainer.
    Hold over soup kettle of boiling water.
    With rubber spatula, press dough through strainer to form spatzle.
    Repeat with remaining dough.
    Cook and stir 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Melt 4 tablespoons of margarine and mix in spatzles.
