Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. blueberries
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat egg.
    Stir
    in milk, blueberries and oil.\tPour in dry ingredients
    all
    at
    once\tand
    stir
    just until flour is moistened (batter will be lumpy).
    Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups about
    3/4 full.
    Bake about 20 minutes at 400\u00b0 or until golden
    brown.
    Remove
    from\tpan
    immediately.
    Makes 1 dozen muffins.
