Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck, veal or turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper
thyme and marjoram to taste
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Wash zucchini and cut off ends.
Boil in salted water for 10 minutes.
Cool and scoop out zucchini insides.
Saute onions, add meat and mushrooms and seasonings.
Brown mixture, drain off fat. Remove from heat.
Add zucchini insides and 2 to 3 ounces of Parmesan cheese.
Fill the zucchini shells with this mixture.
Put in baking dish or pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 20 to 30 minutes.
Can be cheese of your choice to top, if desired.
