California Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    5 to 6 zucchini squash
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 large onion
    1 small jar mild Pace picante
    1 lb. Monterey Jack, grated
Preparation
    Saute cut up squash and onion in oil until tender, but still firm.
    Add corn and picante sauce.
    Heat until hot.
    Pour into serving bowl; add cheese to the top.
    Serve.
