Pork And Veal Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
    1 1/2 lb. cubed beef or veal
    1 c. diced celery
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 cans water
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. dry noodles
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown the pork and beef or veal in small amount of oil. Season and put in large roaster or kettle.
    Add the celery, cream of chicken soup, 2 cans water and the dry onion soup mix.
    Cook in oven at 300\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Add the dry noodles, cooked in consomme and water.
    Add the mushrooms.
    Cook until well blended. Serves 12.
