Trudy'S White Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (5 oz.) jar pimiento cheese spread
2 (4 oz.) \"Philly\" cream cheese with chives, softened
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. dried beef, cut up fine or you can use dried smoked ham
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Make into two small balls, then roll in finely chopped pecans or place on a large platter and serve with crackers, surrounding it with fresh parsley sprigs.
