Special Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 green pepper, sliced in thin strips
    1 onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    4 tomatoes or 1 qt. canned tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. soy or Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. chicken broth
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook chicken in pressure pot 30 minutes at 10 pounds pressure. Saute onion and green pepper in oil.
    Mix chicken broth with cornstarch and Worcestershire sauce. Add to onion and green pepper mixture.
    Simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Pull chicken off bone and add to sauce mixture. Add tomatoes. Simmer for 35 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
