Pork Goulash(Gulasz Wieprzowy) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh pork butt or shoulder, cut in pieces
flour (for dusting)
1 1/2 c. soup stock
4 to 6 medium onions, chopped
1 to 2 Tbsp. tomato puree
2 tsp. paprika
6 large or 12 small potatoes, peeled, cut and parboiled
salt and pepper
Preparation

Use cheaper cuts of meat.
Have butcher bone and cut meat into serving pieces.
Combine in heavy casserole the meat, onions, seasoning and paprika and simmer, tightly covered, turning occasionally, until meat browns.
Dust with flour and add soup stock, tomato puree and the parboiled potatoes.
Cover and continue to simmer until meat and potatoes are done, about 1 hour. Serves 6.
