Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 c. grated cheese
2 slices bread, torn into pieces
6 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown sausage; drain.
Toss sausage with cheese and bread pieces.
Put in 8-inch Pyrex casserole.
Beat eggs; add milk, salt and pepper.
Pour over sausage mixture.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
