Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    5 c. milk
    6 eggs
    2 cans cream and 2 c. half and half *
    4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients together.
    Scald milk, then add to mixture.
    Boil 10 minutes.
    Blend eggs in blender or use electric mixer until soft peaks.
    Add part of eggs to custard slowly to prevent curdling.
    Mix well, then add rest of eggs.
    Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Chill, then add cream, half and half and vanilla.
    Add treats, then put in ice cream freezer.
    Delicious!
