Microwave Pineapple Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Pour water into a large glass mixing bowl.
    Microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Stir in lime gelatin, marshmallows and cream cheese.
    Microwave on High for 4 to 5 minutes.
    Beat until smooth. Cool.
    Add pineapple and chill until thickened, but not set. Fold in whipped cream.
    Pour into a ring mold.
    Chill for at least 2 hours.
    Add maraschino cherries for color at Christmas.
