Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

3/4 c. oats (uncooked)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine oats, 1/4 cup tomato sauce, 1/4 cup sliced olives, 1 teaspoon onion and Italian seasoning.
Add ground beef; mix lightly, but thoroughly.
Shape to form four 4 x 2-inch loaves or one large loaf.
Place in 8-inch square glass baking dish.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until meat is done; drain grease.
Combine remaining tomato sauce, olives, onion and garlic powder; cook over low heat 3 to 5 minutes or until hot.
Spoon over loaf; sprinkle with cheese.
Return to oven 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
