Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chuck roast
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Place raw beef in roaster.
    Top with onion and celery.
    Mix other ingredients and pour over beef.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 4 1/2 hours.
    Shred with fork.
