All In One Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 c. diced celery
    1 small onion
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of tomato soup (undiluted)
    1 soup can water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown the beef.
    Place in a 2-quart casserole; top with vegetables.
    Combine soup and water; pour over all.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
