Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. meal
1 c. self-rising flour
6 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 eggs
chicken or turkey broth
chopped onion and celery
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients. Add enough milk to make mixture the consistency of corn bread. Cook at 450\u00b0 in iron skillet until just lightly brown. Break up. Add chicken (or turkey) broth, onion and celery (chopped fine) and eggs. (Make soupy.) Cook 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
