Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cream
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
fresh strawberries
confectioners sugar
Cool Whip
Preparation

Beat eggs until very light; add milk.
Sift and fold in the flour and sugar.
Add cream, butter and milk.
Bake in large cakes on a hot griddle.
Place 2 tablespoons fresh sweetened strawberries on each cake and roll up.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or top with Cool Whip.
