Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. crushed saltine crackers (22 crackers)
1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
3 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
Preparation

Combine egg, milk, 2/3 cup cracker crumbs, salt and pepper. Stir in corn, onion, pimento; mix well.
Turn into 1-quart casserole.
Toss butter with the rest of cracker crumbs; sprinkle on top of corn mixture.
Bake uncovered in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until done.
Serves 6.
