Russian Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar and vanilla.
    Blend in salt and flour; mix in nuts.
    Chill dough.
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Roll in sugar while warm, then cool and roll in sugar again. Makes about 4 dozen.
