Savory Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small to medium zucchini
    1/4 lb. pork sausage
    Stove Top stuffing canister (4 c. serving size)
Preparation
    Wash and cut squash lengthwise.
    Scoop out center to 1/4-inch of edge.
    Place in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes; remove and drain.
    Fry sausage and drain well.
    Mix stuffing according to directions.
    Let sit and then mix sausage with dressing.
    Spoon mixture into squash.
    Place in baking pan.
    Place enough water in pan to cover bottom.
    Cover with foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
