Zucchini Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. peeled and shredded zucchini
2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Stir together and spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Brownies are very moist and delicious.
